Anti-Aging Injectables & Fillers
Edmonton Dermatology and Skin Surgery Centre in tandem with Reverra Skin Care Centre by Dr. Muba Taher are pleased to offer the following procedures as performed by our Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Muba Taher. The procedures below require a medical consult to determine if you are an optimal candidate to ensure results. Our dual philosophy at Edmonton Dermatology & Reverra Skin Care Centre by Dr. Muba Taher is guided by one strict principal:
The Right Procedure for the Right Person
As we age, our skin begins to lose hyaluronic acid, which is responsible for maintaining moisture in the skin. It is this moisture that helps hydrate the skin and creates facial volume. Hydration, volume, and elasticity (from collagen) result in a youthful, healthy-looking appearance.
The decreased production of hyaluronic acid and collagen over time causes a loss of:
• Sagging in cheeks, lower face, jaw-line and chin
• Wrinkled facial appearance.
• Lack of smoothness to skin due to prominent lines and wrinkles
