Cancellations

Cancel your appointments 48 hours prior to treatment for Medical Spa laser, CoolSculpting and EndyMed Treatments and 24 hours prior to treatment for all other treatments to avoid cancellation fees. (Some exceptions may apply at the digression of the manager)

Parking

Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Please plan for parking lot/street parking accordingly.

Mothers to be

Please note that some spa treatments and/or products are not suitable for Mothers to be. We highly recommend that you inform your technician prior to treatment if you may be/are pregnant and always, consult with your doctor prior to your spa visit.

Attire

Luxurious robes, wraps are provided for your use during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. Valuable items should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Soft Voices, Quiet Minds

Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.

Health Considerations

Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, have active cold sores, HIV or active virus/blood conditions, please advise your technician to ensure that you are able to have your proposed treatment safely. Skin care, laser procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy, prescription drugs, medical conditions and/or tanning and sun exposure.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa concierge will be happy to assist you with providing for your therapists.

Cell Phone Policy

We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.

Returns

All gift certificate sales are final. However, products returned within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund of unopened product. Product that has resulted in a reaction will be assessed on a one to one basis and we recommend contacting your technician right away so that we may facilitate a substitute credit and product and or treatment solution.

Refund Policy

Product purchases: Un-opened products can be returned within 5 days of purchase and a credit for the balance will be placed on your file which can be used toward products or services at our center. Deposits: Please note that deposits are non-refundable however, will remain on your file and may be used toward product purchases or services. Please note that credits are non-transferable.
